UPDF participates in 10th parliamentary elections
The Party fielded its President, Prasit Bikash Khisha, in Khagrachari constituency and gained second position with 67,700 votes. However, the vote was marked by rigging and manipulations. In many polling centres in Matirnga, Manikchari and Ramgarh Upazilas, the polling agents of Prasit Khisha were forced to leave, with Awami League goons taking full control of these centres.
